Is Polygamy a Feminist Issue?

Yes of course polygamy is a feminist issue. The most obvious reason being that men and women are suppose to be equal and yet men may take more than one wife, but women simply may not.

If a women would even attempt to have more than one husband she would most likely be outcasted from society.

Women fought long and hard for the right to be a mans equal and yet there are just somethings or some situations were women will never be equal to a man or be allowed, in the eyes of society, to do what men may do and Polygamy happens to be one of those things.

If I were the boss?

If I were the boss there would be shorter working hours. The way I see it is once you have completed your work for the day, and there is only so much you can do per day, your mind starts to wonder.

If I were the boss Friday would be a half day, because most people get distracted and are thinking and planning their weekend instead of giving their work their full attention and it ends up being an unproductive day.

If I were the boss and my employees worked after hours and weekends, overtime would be paid per hour, but of course proof of actual work that has been done will have to be provided or submitted.

If I were the boss the office would be a friendly, open environment, where creativity can flow free and employees do not attack each other at every turn.

And finally If I were the boss there would be a kiosk, with healthy snacks at a decent price on every floor and on Fridays each employee may have one snack of their choice for free!!!
